The advancement of one of Sheffield’s most acclaimed restaurants meant their second unit being designed by 93ft. Using an exquisite palate of traditional Italian sentiment through bespoke cabinets and handmade furniture with sweeping parquet flooring and architectural lighting brings a dynamic backdrop to the award winning menu. Different areas of the split level restaurant includes a deli, a galley kitchen, cocktail lounge, outside terrace on 2 levels, a bakery and patisserie.

Nonnas Chesterfield has also been entered into the Restaurant and Bar Awards 2009.

Recognising Nonnas as a premier independent brand, we approached Nonnas about delivering their own products in their existing Cucina’s and delicatessens. The brief, to create vibrant, authentic and Italian inspired artwork for a range of fine Italian food products ranging from biscuits, pastas, sauces, pan forte, olive oils and rice. In addition to creating all the artwork, 93ft handled some of the production with the help of luxury bespoke paper merchants GF Smith. The result a highly popular and regarded range of foods that enable Nonnas to access new markets, attract more customers and diversify their offering on-line and in store.

Identity and Branding

Going back to their roots, we helped Nonnas identify a strategy for moving the brand forward, analysing their previous identity from their first incarnation, a hand written piece of script. Bringing it up to date and maintaining a strong sense of familiarity we’ve applied the logo to new applications such as this wax seal. Building content like this for any brand is critical, and using the accompanying statement ‘Importato Dall’ Italia’ reinforces Nonnas ties to Italian cooking, food and passion.
